汽轮机盘车器故障原因分析及解决措施

MALFUNCTION CAUSE ANALYSIS OF TURNING DEVICE OF STEAM TURBINE AND RESOLUTIONS

阐述塔里木大化肥两种盘车器的结构、工作原理、调试方法,总结这两种盘车器在机组试车及运行中出现的一系列故障,如盘车器蜗杆齿磨损、棘轮碰擦损坏、插销打滑、油缸活塞推力不足、活塞杆密封圈损坏、电机发热、电磁阀失电等,采取相应措施,确保了盘车器安全、可靠运行。

The structure,working principle and test plant are described,a series of mulfunctions as the worm crashing method of both turning devices in Tarim fertilizer tooth wear ,ratchet wheel damage for rubbing and ,latch slipping,insufficient pushing force of oil cylinder piston, seal ring damage of piston rod, motor heating, and solenoid valve power-off and so on appeared on both turning devices during the test-run and in the operation summed up and some corresponding measures taken to ensure both safety and rehable running of turning devices.
