摘要
以某大型甲醇装置的蒸汽转化炉为例,通过采用流体力学CFD软件对转化炉对流室中间管板的温度场进行模拟计算,得到中间管板的温度场分布,对计算结果进行分析,确定中间管板的设计温度。
By taking a steam reformer in a large methanol plant as an example a simulation calculation of temperature field on intermediate tube-support in the convection section of reformer is carried out applying fluid mechanics CFD software and the distribution of the temperature field on the intermediate tube-support is got and with the analysis of the calculated result the design temperature of the intermediate tube-support is defined.
