摘要 基底核团位于人大脑的深部,其结构及功能比较复杂,但与周围结构分界相对比较清楚,因此其识别与重建的形态基础相对较好。通过大脑基底核团的三维重建掌握大脑基底核团的空间结构及与毗邻的关系,有助于对该区疾病的影像学诊断和神经外科手术尤其是立体定向手术治疗的指导,笔者主要从大脑基底核团的大体解剖、功能、计算机三维重建基点的确定、一般流程和未来展望等阐述了近年来国内外对基底核团形态学三维的研究进展。 Located in the basement of the brain of a nuclear group deeply, its structure and function are more complex, but with the surrounding structure boundary is relatively clear, therefore the recognition and reconstruction of the basic form relatively better. Through brain beans 3 d reconstruction of the caudate nucleus to space structure of the caudate nucleus beans and the relationship and in the adjacent, it is helpful in the diagnosis of disease and nerve surgery imaging especially stereotactic surgical treatment of guidance.This article described the gross anatomy, function, the determination of basic point general steps, looking into the future of the research progression of the brain of a nuclear group.
