摘要
目的探讨老年谵妄患者的护理方法。方法总结分析25例老年谵妄患者的护理方案。结果 25例老年谵妄患者的护理措施均达到了满意效果,减少了并发症的发生,未出现医疗纠纷。结论采取基础护理、病房环境管理、心理护理等多方位护理措施对改善老年谵妄患者的预后是有益的。
Objective To explore the nursing methods of senile delirium patients. Methods To summarize and analyse the nursing care programs of 25 senile delirium patients. Results Anticipated nursing intervention target are fulfilled and complications decreased, no medical tangle existed. Conclusion Multilateral nursing care including basic care, ward environment management, psychological care was helpful to the outcome of senile delirium patients.
