PBL与LBL两种教学方法在心血管内科临床教学中的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较PBL和LBL在心血管内科临床教学中的效果。方法连续入选在我院实习医学本科学生36例,将其分为两组:PBL教学组(n=18人)和LBL教学组(n=18人)。分别实施PBL教学方法和LBL教学法,出科前进行问卷调查和试卷考试,将考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果 PBL教学方法组成绩明显高于LBL教学法,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科临床教学中应用PBL教学法能更好地提高医学生思考问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。 Objeetive To compare the effect on problem-based learning (PBL) method in and lecture-based learning in clinical teaching of cardiology. Methods 36 undergraduate students in college were divided into 2 groups:PBL group and LBL group.PBL and LBL teaching methods were respectively used in the two groups. Results The average score and the fine rate of teaching effectiveness in PBL group are significantly higher than that of LBL group. Conclusion The teaching effectiveness of PBL is better than that of LBL, and PBL should be extensively applied in clinical teachingof cardiology.
