人工流产治疗观察及计划生育服务200例分析

Analysis on 200 cases of abortion women on family planning service

目的探讨人工流产的治疗情况及计划生育服务的效果。方法 2010年1月～2012年1月期间,对笔者所在医院实施人工流产的200例妇女,通过问卷调查方式进行咨询,并对其结果进行分析。结果 200例人工流产妇女中,由于自身采取避孕措施失败导致怀孕的占大多数,其中宫内节育器放置但仍怀孕的有80例(40.0%),口服避孕药但仍怀孕的有60例(30.0%),使用避孕套但仍怀孕的有24例(12.0%),安全期没有采取任何避孕措施导致怀孕的有5例(2.5%),通过体外排精导致怀孕的有6例(3.0%),其他避孕失败导致怀孕的有25例(12.5%)。200例人工流产妇女中,130例(65.0%)选择无痛人工流产术,70例(35.0%)选择药物流产。术后出现并发症的有40例(20.0%),多数是由于缺乏避孕节育及生殖健康方面的知识造成的。结论人工流产后积极开展计划生育优质服务,对妇女的生殖健康,发挥重要的保护作用。

Objective To study the treatment and efficacy of abortion and family planning services. Methods 200 cases of women abortion implemented in our hospital during the period from January 2010 to January 2012 were consulted by questionnaires,and the results were analyzed. Results The majority reason of pregnancy was their fails to take contraceptive measures,Among 200 cases of women abortion,80 pregnant women （40.0%） in which the IUD placed,60 pregnant women （30.0%） administrated oral contraceptives,24 pregnant women （12.0%） using condoms,5 pregnant women （2.5%） without any contraceptive measures,6 pregnant women （3.0%） by coitus causes,25 pregnant women （12.5%） with other contraceptive measure failure,Among 200 cases of women abortion,130（65.0%）and 70 （35.0%） cases respectively chose painless abortion and medical abortion,There were 40 cases （20.0%） with postoperative complications mostly caused by the lack of contraception and reproductive health knowledge. Conclusion Actively carrying out family planning quality services after abortion played an important role for women＇ s reproductive health.
