老年患者急性阑尾炎的临床治疗分析

The analyse of clinical treatment on acute appendicitis of elderly patients

目的探讨老年患者急性阑尾炎的临床表现和病理特点。方法随机选取笔者所在医院2006年1月～2011年1月收治的老年阑尾炎患者50例,同时选取非老年组50例,对两组患者的临床表现以及病理特点进行比较。结果老年患者急性阑尾炎的临床表现比非老年患者不明显,但是严重程度却比非老年组重。结论老年患者患急性阑尾炎的临床体征与疾病的严重程度不一致,临床上应得到重视。

Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation and the pathology on acute appendicitis of elderly patients. Methods Randomized 100 acute appendicitis in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2011. The patients of the older age-group are in the 60 or elder age group.The patients of the young-group are younger than 60 age. Results The patients＇clinical manifestation of the older age-group is gently than the young-group,but the severity is serious than the young-group. Conclusion We should pay attention to the gerontal patients with the clinical manifestation is not correspondent to the severity.
