中枢神经系统瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病的临床特点及治疗

Clinical features and treatment of central nervous system tumor-like inflammatory demyelinating disease

目的探讨中枢神经系统瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病的临床表现特点及治疗方法。方法总结医院近年收治的10例中枢神经系统瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病患者的临床表现。结果中枢神经系统瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病首发症状多为头痛、恶心、呕吐,以及肢体活动障碍、语言障碍、尿失禁、癫痫发作等,没有复发缓解的过程。结论使用糖皮质激素冲击治疗是治疗中枢神经系统瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病行之有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of central nervous system tumor-like inflammatory demyelinating disease （TITD）. Methods To observe the clinical performance of 10 central nervous system TITD cases in People＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou in recent years. Results The initial symptoms of central nervous system TITD are headache,nausea,vomiting,limb movement disorder,language disorder,urinary incontinence,seizures etc,with no process of relapsing. Conclusion Corticosteroid treatment is one of the effective methods in the treatment of central nervous system TITD.
