摘要
某台1 000MW机组发电机转子交流阻抗和功率损耗偏差较大。通过对比运行中发电机的励磁电流、负序电流及振动值等相关量的变化,以及转子交流阻抗和功率损耗试验的历史值,采用两极电压平衡法和转子电压分布法进行综合分析,确认该发电机转子存有匝间短路故障,故障点为极2中的1号线圈和极1中8号线圈。
During the time of repairing generator's rotor for 1 000 MW unit in one power plant,a larger deviation in a. c. impedance and power loss had been discovered, the variation of related parameters, such as excitation current, negative sequence current, and vibration value of the generator in operation, being compared. Through comparison historical values in a. c impedance and power loss tests of the ro- tor,and combined with the two - pole voltage balance method and the rotor voltage distribution meth- od, a comprehensive analysis has been carried out, the inter -turn short -circuit fault existing in the ro- tor of generator being determined,the fault points being located in coil nol of pole no2 and in coil no8 of pole no1.
