MIPPPO结合Less钢板治疗老年股骨转子下骨折

摘要 目的:探讨MIPPPO结合Less钢板治疗老年股骨转子下骨折的临床疗效和意义。方法:对老年股骨转子下骨折的治疗方法、术后处理方法进行了总结和分析。结果:31例患者中优23例,良6例,可2例,优良率93.5%,均未出现髋内翻,患肢短缩,头切割等并发症。结论:MIPPPO结合Less钢板在目前老年转子下骨折的治疗当中是一个非常理想的选择。
