摘要
目的:探讨格瑞林对CHF大鼠心肌组织中ASK1表达的影响。方法:采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立大鼠CHF模型,通过HE染色观察大鼠心肌细胞形态变化,免疫组织化学观测ASK1在大鼠心肌组织中表达的变化。结果:CHF模型治疗组心肌损伤较CHF模型组明显减轻,差于假手术对照组;CHF模型治疗组ASK1阳性表达区面积与总面积之比低于CHF模型组(P<0.05),高于假手术对照组(P<0.01)。结论:格瑞林可抑制心肌组织中ASK1的表达,改善心功能,抑制心肌重塑,延缓CHF的进程。
Objective:To probe into the effect of the expression of ASK1 of Ghrelin in myocardial rats with CHF. Methods:The CHF group was prepared by ligaturing left anterior descending coronary arterying ilur of hear, to observe, through HE staining, the morphological change of the myocardial cells of rats, and to ob- serve, through immunohistochemieal method, the change of expression of ASK1 in the myocardial cells. Re- suits:Compared with CHF group, the myocardial injury of CHF treatment group was alleviated obviously, but worse than Sham--operation control group; The ratio of the CHF treatment group between the area of positive expression of ASK1 with total area is below CHF group (P〈0.05), but above Sham--operation control group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion:Ghrelin can inhibit the expression of ASK1 in myocardial cells, improve cardiac func- tion, restrain myocardial remodefing, and postpone the process of CHF.
