中频电刺激结合综合康复对脑卒中患者躯干肌运动功能重建的临床研究

The clinical research of modulated medium frequency electrotherapy on movement function of stroke patients' trunk muscle

目的:观察调制中频电刺激对脑卒中患者躯干肌功能恢复的影响。方法:选取脑卒中偏瘫患者40例,随机分为两组:对照组给予常规康复治疗;治疗组在此基础上给予中频电刺激疗法。40d后,比较两组卧位躯干肌屈曲动作时主动肌的表面肌电信号(sEMG)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、Barthel指数分值。结果:①治疗前后比较,治疗组表面肌电信号、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表得分和Barthel指数均有显著变化(P<0.05);②治疗后,治疗组在表面肌电信号、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表得分和Barthel指数分值均较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);结论:调制中频电刺激综合常规康复治疗对脑卒中患者躯干肌运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力有良好的改善作用。

Objective：To observe the effects on the reconstruction of trunk muscle function through observ- ing the modulated medium frequency therapy. Methods：40 cases of patients were divided into two groups： con- trol group （conventional rehabilitation group） and training group （rehabilitation -- modulation medium frequen- cy group） ,and then we compared differences of sEMG, Fulg--Meyer assessment of balance trunk muscle func- tion and ADL Barthel index scale of the two groups, when the cases of stroke patients were in supine position. Both of them were trained for 40 days. Results ： ①In the training group, the level of the sEMG, Fulg--Meyer assessment of balance function and ADL Barthel index scale were significantly improved after training ; ②The sEMG, Fulg--Meyer assessment of balance function and ADL Barthel index scale in training group were better than in control group. Conclusion：Modulated medium frequency electrotherapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the abnormal movement patterns of trunk muscle of stroke patients; improve the balance and activities of daily living.
