PAX2在梗阻性肾病大鼠中重新表达与尿β2-MG关系研究

摘要 目的:探讨PAX2基因在梗阻性肾病大鼠重新表达对肾功能的影响。方法:将80只成年雄性大鼠随机分为:假手术组(sham组)40只,模型组40只(单侧输尿管结扎,UUO组)。分别于术后3d、5d、7d、14d(每组10只)处死,留取肾组织。光镜观察肾脏病理形态学改变,采用免疫组化检测肾组织PAX2蛋白表达。全自动生化分析仪一次性检测尿β2-MG含量。结果:①HE和Masson染色观察到UUO组出现明显的纤维化表现;②免疫组化结果显示UUO组随着梗阻时间的延长PAX2蛋白表达逐渐增加,UUO组尿β2-MG含量逐渐升高;③相关分析表明:PAX2蛋白表达量与尿β2-MG含量呈正相关(r=0.912,P<0.05)。结论:胚胎发育基因PAX2在梗阻性肾病大鼠重新表达与肾功能密切相关。
