Study and Development of Process for Production of Compound Fertilizers in Cosolvent Slurry Pipe Reactor

A description is given of the background leading to this project, the main contents of the study, the technological difficulties overcome, the main products in pilot plant study, industrial production tests and the appraisal of performance of the production unit. The results indicate that this technology does not use phosphoric acid, but the product quality corresponds to that based on phosphoric acid, and the cost of the raw materials for the production of compound fertilizers is lower by 170 yuan/t.
