摘要 设计生产能力1 200 t/d大型合成氨生产装置采用低压合成氨生产工艺,其GC-R023型氨合成塔(Ф2 600 mm)是目前完全采用国内专利技术、自主设计、自主制作的大型设备。氨合成塔内件为三径向结构,装填DNCA(A207型)催化剂,介绍了催化剂的升温还原和生产运行情况。目前,该装置在粉煤流量为42~46 t/h时,合成氨产量32~36 t/h,氨合成系统压力10.8~11.2 MPa,系统压差0.55~0.60 MPa,合成塔压差0.15~0.16 MPa,氨净值14.6%~14.8%(体积分数)。 A large-scale ammonia production unit of 1 200 t/d in design capacity adopts the low- pressure ammonia production technology, and the GC-R023 ammonia converter( φ 2 600 mm) is a large-scale piece of equipment at present at home, totally based on domestic presented technology, designed and manufactured independently. The ammonia converter internals are of the three-radial structure, charged with DNCA (Type A207 ) catalyst, and the reduction of the catalyst by heating and production running are described. The current flow rate of pulverized coal is 42 -46 t/h, then the ammonia output is 32 -36 t/h , the pressure in the ammonia synthesis system is 10.8 - 11.2 MPa, the pressure differential 0.55 -0.60 MPa in the system, that in the converter 0.15 -0.16 MPa, and net ammonia value 14.6% - 14.8%.
