2型糖尿病肾病与维生素D的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)与维生素D的相关性。方法选择48例T2DN患者(DN组)和50例糖耐量正常者(对照组),分别检测两组受检对象血清维生素D(VD)、24 h尿蛋白及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),并将DN组24 h尿蛋白、HbA1c与VD进行相关性分析。结果 DN组VD水平明显低于对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,DN组24 h尿蛋白与VD呈负相关(r=-0.348,P<0.05),HbA1c与VD呈负相关(r=-0.145,P<0.05)。结论 T2DN患者VD缺乏,VD缺乏可加重T2DN患者肾损害。
