摘要 提出一种新型的应用于脉冲功率技术的串联谐振高压充电电源,它采用了高频交流链接技术(HF AC-link),具有内部低储能、高功率密度和高功率因数等优点。电源工作在电流断续模式及零电流零电压开关条件下,分析了电源的工作过程,推出了各个模式下的电流特性及输出电压和三相交流电压变化对电流特性的影响,应用了一种新颖的电荷控制方式,并进行了初步的实验验证。实验的结果表明,所提出的控制方式相比传统技术显著地提高了输入的功率因数,使功率因数达到0.99,且切换角度和电流谐振周期随三相交流电压和输出电压发生变化。 A novel high voltage series resonant capacitor charging power supply based on high frequency AC-link technology with pulse power application is proposed.The power supply is working at the modes of current interrupted and zero current zero voltage, and the working process of the power source is analyzed.The current characteristic and the influence of it are deduced.The novel method which based on electric charge is adopted and it is verified by the experimental.The experiment results indicate that it can improve the power factor by using the new control method and the switching angle and current resonant period can be changed with the three-phase AC voltage and output voltage.
