摘要
传统并联型感应加热电源大部分采用边沿型锁相方式,启动比较困难,并且在实际应用中容易失锁。提出了一种采用异或门锁相的并联型感应加热电源,能较好解决上述问题。同时搭建了100 kW/30 kHz的样机,给出了实验验证,结果表明该电源无需它激频率接近自激频率,大大提高了启动成功率,且抗干扰能力强。
Traditional parallel induction heating power supply which used edge-triggered phase-locked loop(PLL) is difficult to start,and losing lock is very common in practical application.In order to solve the problem,the parallel induction heating power supply based on XOR gate PLL is proposed.A 100 kW/30 kHz current fed inverter is developed and the experimental results are given.
