摘要
在阐述人文和谐理念的基础上,探讨了人文和谐理念在护理中的困惑,即临床护理工作未能充分体现"以人为本",护理人员人文素养培育不到位,护理健康教育流于形式,缺乏个性化。由此提出人文和谐理念在优质护理中的应用,具体表现在人文和谐——优质护理的思想新源泉;人文和谐——优质护理实践新转位;人文和谐——优质护理医患交流的新桥梁。人文和谐是优质护理服务的理念,人性化服务是现代护理发展的必然,人文和谐的优质护理服务将是护理事业的一个全新的里程碑,将为和谐医患关系注入新的活力,注入新思想,开创新风范。
This paper discussed the confusion of humanistic harmony, namely clinical nursing work was not fully reflect the "people - oriented" , nursing staff humanistic literacy euhivation does not reach the designated position, nursing health education become a mere formality, lack of individuation, based on the concept of humanistic harmony. Then put forward the concept of harmony in the humanities quality care, the specific performances are: humanistic harmony -the thought source of quality nursing, the practice new inversion of high quality nursing, the new bridge of humanistic quality care harmonious doctor - patient communication. Humanistic harmony is the high quality nursing service concept, human services is the necessity of the development of modem nursing, the humanities quality care service will be harmony is the cause of nursing a new milestone, for the harmonious doctor - patient relationship will inject new vitality into the new ideas, and create a new model.
