在阐述人文和谐理念的基础上,探讨了人文和谐理念在护理中的困惑,即临床护理工作未能充分体现"以人为本",护理人员人文素养培育不到位,护理健康教育流于形式,缺乏个性化。由此提出人文和谐理念在优质护理中的应用,具体表现在人文和谐——优质护理的思想新源泉;人文和谐——优质护理实践新转位;人文和谐——优质护理医患交流的新桥梁。人文和谐是优质护理服务的理念,人性化服务是现代护理发展的必然,人文和谐的优质护理服务将是护理事业的一个全新的里程碑,将为和谐医患关系注入新的活力,注入新思想,开创新风范。

This paper discussed the confusion of humanistic harmony, namely clinical nursing work was not fully reflect the ＂people - oriented＂ , nursing staff humanistic literacy euhivation does not reach the designated position, nursing health education become a mere formality, lack of individuation, based on the concept of humanistic harmony.
