摘要
医生应用同理心可以满足病人的个体化需求、提高患者的治疗依从性和就医满意度,降低患者的医疗费用。医生同理心缺失的表现为:以自我为中心的思维方式、"我都知道"的心理源于自我膨胀和过于自信、过度依赖技术和药物在诊疗中的作用。医生同理心水平可以通过团体辅导和日常生活工作中训练来提高;训练同理心的具体操作方法:设身处地、倾听、准确表达。
Empathy can be used by doctors to help to meet the individual needs of patients, improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients, can also reduce the patients ' medical fee. The representations of lacking empathy for doctor are: self- centered thinking mode, "I know all about that" caused by self- enhancement and overconfidence, excessive dependence on technology and medicine in diagnosis and treatment. The doctor's empathy level can be improved by group counseling and daily life work training, the methods are: putting oneself in other's position, listening and exact expression.
