在分析新时期高校教师心理压力的基础上从社会、学校和教师自身角度提出了应对措施,以期对缓解教师心理压力,推进教师队伍建设,推动教育事业的健康发展有所帮助。

Based on the analyzing the psychological pressure of teachers in universities in new era, some countermeasures were proposed from the standpoint of society, college and teachers, in order to be helpful to release their psychological pressure, promote the building teams of teachers and development of education career.
