我院医务青年思想状况调查与医务青年的工作实践

Study on Young Medical Workers' Thought and Practice Condition in Our Hospital

目的通过调查、分析,了解医务青年的思想动态,为医务青年队伍建设提供指导依据。方法采用分层随机取样和问卷调查方法,并对回收的有效问卷使用Excel 2003进行统计学分析。结果对医务青年的职业态度、职业发展规划、业余生活情况等进行调研发现,其中大部分(77.3%)比较关心医院的发展,愿意为医院的发展目标而奋斗的占75.5%,愿意付出额外努力的占74.2%;66.5%的认为自己从事的专业有发展前途,他们认为信息获取(55.2%)、专业培训(40.7%)、职业规划(39.7%)等方面是有效的成才帮助;调研对象对业余生活和休闲方式的倾向较分散。结论医务青年群体呈现思想多元化、需求多样化、生活网络化、观念个性化的特点,因此提出对医务青年要进行"思想上引领、组织上保障、实践上教育、机制上促进、文化上熏陶"的实践教育。

Objective： To explore the thought condition of young medical workers, provide guidance for medical youth team construction. Method：Using stratified random sampling and questionnaire investigation, and the recovery of effective questionnaires were used Excel 2003 statistical for analysis. Results： The results showed that most of the investigation object care hospital development （77.3%） , would like to for hospital development goal to struggle （75.5%）, would like to pay the extra effort （74.2%） ; 66.5% of that investigation object in the professional promising, they think that information acquisition （55.2%）, professional training （40.7%）, career planning （39.7%） is an effective help them; Investigation object to spare life and the tendency of leisure is dispersed. Conclusion ： Young medical workers＇thought and demand are diversified, life is of network, and have the personalized characteristics, thus young medical workers must follow the practice principle ＂ leading in thought, organizationally safeguarding , education in practice, promoting using mechanism, influencing by cultural ＂
