云南医学院校医学生人际沟通能力及需求状况分析

Situation Analysis on Medical Students' Interpersonal Communication Skills and Demands in Yunnan Province

目的了解医学生在人际沟通方面的问题和需求。方法对1410名医学生采用问卷调查方式进行人际沟通能力及需求状况调查。结果医学生在人际沟通能力、人际沟通的主观心理、人际沟通主动性等方面存在问题。医学生在非语言沟通、实践锻炼、言语沟通、演讲表达等方面存在需求。结论应该有针对性地对医学生进行人际沟通教育和辅导。

Objective：To understand the problems and requirements of medical students interpersonal communication. Method：Questionnaires were used in 1410 students about the interpersonal communication skills and requirements. Results：There were differences in medical students interpersonal communication skills; students human communication psychological condition; the initiative of communication. Nonverbal communication, communicational practice, speech communication and speech and expression were needed. Conclusion：Medical student need the interpersonal communication education and counseling.
