摘要
根据某半挂车车架的结构特点和使用工况,在Hypermesh建立了半挂车车架的有限元模型,计算了满载匀速、满载转弯、满载爬坡3种工况下车架应力情况并进行了车架的固有模态特性分析,根据车架第一横梁与纵梁连接处的应力集中问题,提出了改善应力集中的方法,为车架的结构优化设计提供理论依据。
According to the characteristics and working conditions of semi-trailer chasis, its finite element model is created in Hy- permesh. Radios are used to calculate the stresses under full load cases of even rate, turning and climbing and analyze inherent model characteristics. Base on the analysis results, this paper makes proposals for improving stress concentration and provides the theoretical foundation for the following optimal design.
