摘要
运用故障树分析法进行康明斯发动机的故障分析,建立了发动机常见故障的层次树模型,并将其转化成二叉故障树以构建专家系统的知识库;研究了系统的推理诊断流程;采用层次分析法设计了故障诊断专家系统。基于Windows平台和Delphi7.0语言开发了故障诊断专家系统。提供了一套简单、实用的故障诊断工具,给装备的故障诊断带来了极大的方便。
The fault analysis of Cummins engine is demonstrated with the fault tree analytical method. The common fault' s analytic hierarchy tree is constructed and turned into binary fault trees. Meanwhile,the knowledge base is set up with the method of produc- tion rule and frame experss. Then Cummins engine fault diagnosis system is designed on the thought of analytical hierarchy process. The software application is developed using Delphi 7.0 language. This software offers a simple and practical tool for users and brings great convenience to engineering corps.
