摘要
通过对变速器悬置安装点的结构、变速器压铸铝合金壳体的材料、探伤等进行分析,确认悬置安装点开裂的最主要原因为悬置凸台安装处存在较严重的孔穴类缺陷。通过对压铸铝合金的加工工艺进行分析,确认孔穴产生的根本原因。
This paper analyzes the structure of suspension installation point on transmission, the material of die casting aluminum alloy of transmission shell and the flaw detection of holes. Its holes mainly result from transmissiom saspension installation point crack- ing. Its root causes of the holes appearing at the point are found out through analyzing processing technology of die casting aluminum alloy.
