摘要
介绍了超越弹簧离合器的工作特性,建立了以弹簧体积最小为目标的优化设计数学模型,简述了利用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化的方法,并通过实例对超越离合器弹簧加以优化,优化后的体积比原来减少了12.44%,为离合器其他部件的优化提供了可靠依据。
Based on the operating characteristics of the spring overrunning clutch, this paper establishes the mathematical model of optimal design to make the spring' s volume minimum and uses the Matlab optimization toolbox to analyze an example. The results indicate that this method is used to make the spring volume of the overrunning clutch decreased 12.44% in comparison with its origi- nal volume. A reliable basis is provided for the optimization of the other components of the spring clutch.
