摘要
蜗轮、蜗杆是组成蜗杆传动的重要部件,蜗杆传动在工业生产中应用广泛。由于该传动的传动比较大,因此工业生产中适合作为减速装置。以CATIA软件为设计平台,着重从蜗轮、蜗杆零件的结构设计思路、参数计算方法和参数化建模过程等方面对蜗轮蜗杆设计进行了论述。
Worm-and-gear is an important component of the worm drive, which is widely used in industrial production. Because of its large drive ratio, it is perfectly used as deceleration devices. This paper explains the design of Worm-and-gear, its designing ideas, the method of parameter calculation and the process of parameterized modeling etc in detail, based on CATIA software.
