八一男篮一直是我国篮坛上的一支劲旅,从1995年到2001年连续六年蝉联CBA联赛总冠军。然而自2001年八一男篮失去联赛冠军后,联赛排名不断下滑,在2010-2011赛季的CBA联赛中八一男篮仅获得第七名的成绩,"八一王朝"今非昔比,表面的成绩下滑表明军旅球队在CBA联赛中的生存危机。从联赛外援的引用、后备人才的培养和管理体制方面对八一男篮在CBA联赛中成绩下滑的原因进行分析,为八一男篮化解目前的困境提供参考。

The Bayi Team has long been a powerhouse on the CBA League rom 1995 to 2001,The Team reelected for six consecutive CBA league championship.Since 2001,The Team,however,lost the league championship,league rankings falling in the 2010-2011 season,the CBA team members only finished seventh in the results,＂Bayi dynasty＂ not what the surface results military teams have been converted to decline in the CBA league in crisis.This reference to foreign aid from the league,back-up personnel training and management system in terms of the CBA team members in the reasons for the decline in performance analysis,as team members to resolve the current dilemma for reference
