摘要 太极拳是中国传统的健身项目,在全世界范围内拥有众多的爱好者和习练人群。研究表明,能够作为一种行之有效的健身内容应用于健身运动处方之中。采用文献梳理的方法,从太极拳运动强度、对心肺机能的影响以及其抗衰老的健身效果三方面总结了太极拳的科学研究成果。 Taijiquan is a kind of traditional Chinese sports which is popular at home and abroad.Researches show that Taijiquan is effective as health exercise prescription.We summarize beneficial effects of Taijiquan from exercise intensity and influence on cardiopulmonary performance and anti-aging,and sum up the research foundation of taijiquan as health exercise prescription.
