摘要
2001年到2011年,是中国新课改的10年,在这10年中各界对新课改的评价褒贬不一,但是青少年学生的体能问题没能得到明显的改善是一个不争的事实。采用问卷调查法、多因素分析法,目的在于揭示在我国中学体育教学中导入体适能教育的可行性,为中学体育教学改革提供理论参考。
In China,the year 2001 to 20ll is the ten years of new course-reform,to which all circles have different evaluations during this time,but there exists the true fact that the physical stamina problem of the teenagers haven't got improved obviously.With questionnaire and multi-factor analysis,this paper aims at revealing the feasibility of fitness education in physical education teaching of middle school,and providing theoretical references to the teaching reform of physical education in middle school.
