摘要
海洋-大气相互作用并共同影响着全球气候系统,大量的事实和理论研究证明,海洋在几乎所有时间尺度的气候变化中都起着重要作用,海洋-大气相互作用激发的低频振荡与气候的年际变化有着十分密切的关系,其中准两周振荡是大气中的一个重要频率成分,一些大气的参数也存在这种尺度的振荡,很多气候要素,甚至天气过程都有准两周振荡的现象。科学家们的大量研究工作使我们不断认清这种现象的本质,这将对我们研究天气过程、改进预报方法等有极大的帮助。
The sea-air interaction influences the global climate system. Amounts of facts and theoretical researches have shown that the ocean plays an important role in almost time scale of climate change. It has a very close relationship between low frequency oscillations aroused by oceanic and atmospheric interaction and international climate change. Two weeksr oscillation, an important element in the atmosphere, exists in some atmospheric parameters, which also appears in many climatic elements, even in weather process. Massive research works of scientists keep us get a clear understanding for the essence of this phenomenon, which have a great help to study weather process and improve forecast methods.
