阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的效果。方法将90例UA患者分为用药组(阿托伐他汀治疗组)和对照组,疗程1个月。于治疗前后检测血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂水平。结果治疗1个月后,阿托伐他汀用药组患者CRP、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)和血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)浓度均显著降低(均<0.05),对照组治疗前后血清CRP水平及血脂水平差异均无统计学意义(均>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀不仅能有效改善UA患者血脂水平,而且可降低血清CRP水平,抑制炎症,稳定斑块。
