左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察与分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在治疗子宫腺肌病中的临床疗效。方法观察30例子宫腺肌病患者在放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统前后月经量、痛经程度以及子宫体积的变化,另将35例口服孕三烯酮治疗作为对照组,观察月经量、痛经程度以及子宫体积的变化。结果两组治疗6个月后,两组治疗前后子宫体积差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05);但痛经缓解及月经改善均以左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统组为优(<0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对于治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著。
