学习动机信念的培养研究

摘要 学生的学习活动与动机信念密切相关,学习动机、目标定向、努力和毅力等是影响学习的重要心理因素。良好的动机信念对学习活动起着促进作用,不良动机信念则对学习活动起阻碍作用。教学过程中,教师如能够及时注意学生动机信念的变化与发展,培养学生良好的动机信念,则不仅有利于学生新知识的吸收和新技能的掌握,而且能促进有效教学和教育目标的实现。 This paper details important psychological factors such as learning motivation, goalorientation, effort and willpower that have an important bearing upon students' learning, and describes the positive influence of favorable motivation and passive influence of unfavorable motivation on learning. The paper also analyzes cultivation methods of favorable motivation which can be used by teachers in teaching process by paying attention to changes and development of students' motivational beliefs. Teachers should help students absorb new materials and master new skill.
