A New Approach of Vehicle Passive Suspension Techniques

摘要 概述了国内外悬架技术的发展历程;论述了以"弹簧-阻尼"结构体系为基础的传统被动悬架性能存在的不足,讨论了"质量-弹簧-阻尼"悬架结构体系的优缺点;详细分析了"惯容-弹簧-阻尼"悬架结构体系的技术特点及其研究现状,探索了两种"惯容-弹簧-阻尼"悬架结构体系的实现方法.可为车辆被动悬架技术发展提供一种新途径. The development process of the suspension techniques is summarized. The existing problems of the conventional "Spring-Damper" suspension are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of "Mass-Spring-Damper" suspension are introduced. The technical features of " Inerter-Spring-Damper" (ISD) suspension are analyzed. Two kinds ISD suspensions are separately installed in experimental vehicles. The testing results shows that the suspension technology provide a new approach for the development of the passive suspension.
