沥青路面压实效果评价指标 被引量:8

Compaction effect evaluation parameter of asphalt pavement

摘要 为了准确评价沥青路面压实效果,采用无核密度仪对路面密度进行检测,分析不同类型压路机的有效作用范围,并在分析现行沥青路面压实效果评价指标合理性的基础上,结合有效压实功原理,提出了以压实指数为评价路面压实效果的评价指标。最后,通过浸水汉堡车辙试验,验证评价指标与高温稳定性的相关关系。结果表明:与评价指标空隙率相比,压实指数作为评价指标能更好地评价沥青路面的压实质量;压实指数与车辙深度、蠕变速率等高温稳定性参数的相关性明显,可用来评价路面的抗车辙性能。 In order to evaluate the compaction effect accurately,the pavement density was detected with non-nuclear density gauge to analyze the effective range of different types of road roller.Based on analyzing the rationality of current compaction effect index and the effective compaction principle,the compaction index was put forward to evaluate the pavement compaction effect.In addition,the immersion Hamburg wheel-tracking tests was done to verify the correlativity of the evaluation index and high temperature stability.The results show that the compaction index is better to evaluate the compaction quality of the asphalt pavement compared with the air voids.The compaction index have a good correlation with the rutting depth and creep rate,it can be used to evaluate the rutting performance.
