摘要
在钢铁市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,以提高对重轨表面质量有直接影响的气除鳞空压机的稳定运行和降低能耗为目的,提出了引进变频调速装置,对气除鳞空压机设备的供电及控制系统进行升级改造。在保留原有的供电和控制系统的基础上,增加一套变频调速控制回路与原控制回路并联,形成了双回路可转换控制系统,来保证气除鳞空压机连续正常运行。
