摘要
基于土力学原理,采用弹性力学有限单元法,分别从建筑密度、容积率及建筑间距3方面因素入手,模拟研究了西安城市地面建筑荷载对地面沉降的影响。结果表明:建筑规模、容积率和建筑之间集中分散程度对地面沉降会产生不同的影响,而这种城市地面建筑带来的荷载效应已成为造成西安市近年来地面沉降显著的主要影响因素之一。
Selecting the typical land subsidence area of Xi' an city as investigation subject, the influence of construction load on land subsidence was simulated from construction density, plot ration and distance between buildings with finite element model of elastic dynamics based on effective stress principle. The results show that the size of buildings and plot ration as well as the dispersion among buildings have diverse influence on land subsid- ence, while the load of city construction is one of the main factors that lead to the Xi' an land subsidence in the re- cent years.
