摘要
从社会主义和谐社会的"以人为本、经济社会全面发展;把公平和正义作为核心价值取向;创造活力得到充分激发;法制健全、管理有序"这四个主要特征出发,分析人口老龄化给构建和谐社会带来的问题,并提出相关对策,积极应对人口老龄化,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供保障。
Based on the four main characteristics of a socialist harmonious society：“people-oriented, comprehensive economic and social development; fairness and justice as a core value orientation; creating vitality has been fully inspired; a sound legal system, and orderly management” , the paper analyzes the problems that the aging popula- tion bring about building a harmonious society, and proposes countermeasures to actively respond to the aging of the population, and provides protection for buildinz a harmonious socialist society.
