四川省高等学校青年教师工作、生活状态调查与对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用文献资料、调查问卷、专家访谈等方法对四川省高校青年教师工作、生活状态进行调查分析,结果表明:青年教师教学工作压力大,但总体满意度较好;工作条件欠佳、利益诉求不畅;职业成就感和职业认同感总体评价较高;职业发展现状不容乐观,自我职业发展前景信心良好;生活压力大,物质生活水平亟待改善,幸福指数不高;业余时间严重不足,业余生活种类贫乏。建议建立多元化的运行机制,缓解高校青年教师工作压力;提供良好的职业发展机会,搭建教师培训平台,实施目标激励;实施人文关怀与人性化管理,构建丰富的教师业余文化生活;完善高校薪酬制度等。 Investigation and analysis of young teachers' working and living condition in colleges and Universities in Sichuan province have been done using methods of literature, questionnaires, expert interviews and others. The results shows that the young teachers have higher satisfaction. But they also work under great pressure. In addition, there have any other issues such as poor working conditions and material living conditions, not smooth channel of interest demands, the lack of spare time, sin- gle type of leisure time, not high happiness index, etc. We should establish a wide range of operating mechanism to ease the pressure on young teachers in colleges and universities. We should build a platform for teacher training to provide good oppor-tunities for career development. We should implement humane care and management of human and Improve the university pay system to rich cultural amateur life of teachers.
