American Character Education Researches Overview

品格教育是美国重要的道德教育理论,目前我国国内对美国品格教育的研究已取得了一定的成就,内容涉及美国品格教育的现状及历史发展进程、理论探究、实践、启示及评价等方面,但仍存在一定的问题,如文献数量不足、存在研究薄弱区和研究方法有待丰富等问题。

Character education is one of the most influential theories of American＇s moral education. Currently Chinese scholars＇ researches on this issue have made some achievements, which contain the researches about current situation and histo-ry process, theory, practice, enlightenments and assessment and so on; but there are some problems , for example, the quanti-ty is not sufficient, some researches areas are weak, and the researches needs more different methods.
