黄葵胶囊对5/6肾切除大鼠肾间质纤维化中炎性因子表达的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的:本文拟观察黄葵胶囊对慢性肾间质纤维化中炎性因子表达的影响。方法:以5/6肾切除方法建立肾间质纤维化模型作为研究对象,随机分为模型组、黄葵治疗组及假手术组,经治疗后检测24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐(Scr);测定细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)的表达与变化情况;通过肾组织Masson染色进行病理形态学观察等。结果:经黄葵胶囊治疗后,其肾功能显著改善,肾小球硬化程度、系膜区增生程度、小管萎缩、扩张、蛋白管型形成及间质纤维化范围等均较模型组明显减轻,提示黄葵胶囊对5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏有保护作用(P<0.01)。结论:黄葵胶囊可能通过调节ICAM-1、MCP-1炎性因子的表达,从而延缓肾间质纤维化的进展。
