海外(英国)中医教学的特点和瓶颈浅析

The character and bottleneck of TCM education in the UK

中医走出国门,一大批中医师在海外行医是中医全球化的重要契机。中医(包括针灸)院校在海外也迅速相继开办起来。以英国为例,探讨了中医海外教学的历程、特点、存在问题。其中特别指出,中医教学的瓶颈是临床教学不足,毕业学生临床实际操作水平较差,以至于不能独立行医。让海外学生多到中国实习,增加临床经验,提高临床技能,是一个值得重点考虑的改进途径。

It was a great opportunity for the globalization of TCM that many Chinese doctors went out to other countries.TCM education（including acupuncture） was also developed quickly in overseas.This paper reported the history,characters and problems of TCM education in the UK.In particular there was a bottleneck that was obstructing the increase and level of clinical practice because students had no sufficient opportunity for contact with patients in the colleges.The author suggested that let more foreign TCM students study clinical practice in China.
