医学院校实习权利的研究与对策分析

Research on practice rights of medical colleges and analysis on the countermeasures

通过调查研究目前医学院校实习权利问题与矛盾冲突原因，从医学、教育学、伦理学、法学等层面展开剖析，对医学院校实习教学中涉及的带教教师、学生和患者进行权利界定，从医师资格考试、法律、教育三方面提出有效对策，进而从伦理视角推进临床教学工作向法制化、规范化轨道发展。

Analysis was conducted and fights concerning teachers, students and patients in practice teaching was defined from the perspectives of medicine, pedagogy, ethnics and law through investigating on reasons leading to problems and conflicts in medical universities＇ practice right. Effective solutions were proposed from the examination of doctor＇ s qualification, law and pedagogy. Standardization and legalization of clinical teaching was promoted from the perspective of ethnics.
