Qian Xuesen （1911 -2009） is a renowned strategist, scientist, thinker and system engineer in contemporary China. He made groundbreaking and indelible contribution in domains of applied mechanics, jet pro- pulsion and space technology, engineering cybernetics, physical mechanics, systems engineering, systems science, thought science and human science and so on.
