South Korea'Northeast Asia Cooperation Strategy and China' s Countermeasures

韩国区域合作的基本战略是,一方面是在对外经济合作中采取更积极开放的政策,另一方面是把韩国国内经济发展带连接起来,优化组合不断提升自身经济发展水平。在对外经贸合作中,采取更为现实的双边贸易协定,通过构建东北亚区域合作框架来实现自身的区域合作发展目标。面临韩国积极力促东北亚区域合作采取的一系列构想和措施,中国的对策将决定着东北亚区域合作的进度和走向。

The basic strategy of South Korea＇ s regional cooperation is to take a more active and open policy in foreign economic cooperation, by which simultaneously advance its domestic economy. In foreign trade and econom- ic cooperation, South Korea will adopt a more practical bilateral trade agreement to realize its own development goals through the construction of the regional cooperation framework of Northeast Asia. Under such a situation, Chi- na＇ s countermeasures will determine the progress and orientation of the regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.
