摘要
目的:ALISEI全自动酶免分析仪具有开放、高速、自动化的性能和特点,将构造和使用上的规律应用于维修,可准确判断并排除故障。方法:通过案例的分析及对结构的观察,总结维修规律。结果:通过2例维修分析,ALISEI全自动酶免仪驱动电机位置较低易引发其他故障。结论:由于ALISEI全自动酶免分析仪驱动电机位置的特点,维修时应先由测量电机参数开始而后判断控制板,可以避免维修误判引发更多故障。
Objective: To accurately determine and remove the faults by applying the law of the structure and use of Alisei automatic ELISA analyzer to its maintenance. Methods: Through cases analysis and the observation of the structure of Alisei automatic ELISA analyzer, the law of its maintenance was summarized. Results: Analysis of two cases of maintenance showed the driving motor of Alisei automatic ELISA analyzer was placed at a lower position, which easily led to other failures during maintenance. Conclusion: Due to the lower position of the driving motor of Alisei automatic ELISA analyzer, its maintenance should start from measuring motor parameters and then determine the control boards so as to avoid false determination leading to more maintenance problems.
