摘要
基于ECF漂白的D0-Eop-D1硫酸盐桉木浆三段漂白,研究了改变D0段二氧化氯用量对化学品总消耗量和浆料质量的影响.结果表明,在D0段采用不同二氧化氯用量对漂白化学药品耗用量有明显的影响,对漂后浆质量也有一定影响.在达到90%ISO的相同白度时,随着D0段二氧化氯用量的增加,总二氧化氯用量先是明显下降,后略有回升,其中D0段卡伯因子控制在0.22~0.26为宜,此区间总的二氧化氯耗用量较少,且浆料的粘度值高,其抗张强度也较高.
Base on the bleaching sequence of D0-Eop D1 , this paper researched the effects of changing chlorine dioxide charge in D0-stage on total chemical consumption and bleached pulp quality. The results showed that changing chlorine dioxide charge in Do stage influ- enced total chemical consumption clearly and affect bleached pulp quality to some extent. To achieve the same brightness of 90G ISO, total chlorine dioxide consumption decreased sig- nificantly at first and then increased slightly as chlorine dioxide charge had been increased in D0-stage. It was better to control D0-stage kappa factor from 0.22 to 0.26 within which total chlorine dioxide consumption was lower, as well as bleached pulp viscosity and tensile strength were higher.
