疲劳荷载作用下混凝土硫酸盐腐蚀寿命预测 被引量:17

摘要 在已有水泥混凝土硫酸盐腐蚀模型的基础上,引入疲劳荷载影响的硫酸根离子有效扩散系数,分析不同参数对疲劳荷载作用下水泥混凝土硫酸盐腐蚀寿命的影响;通过大量的均匀设计计算,回归出疲劳荷载作用下道路混凝土受硫酸盐腐蚀寿命的计算公式,可为疲劳荷载作用与硫酸盐腐蚀工况下的水泥混凝土材料设计及寿命预估提供参考. Existing sulfate attack model of cement concrete cannot truly reflect the actual construction of cement concrete. Based on the existing sulfate attack model of cement concrete, effective sulfate diffusion coefficient under fatigue load was introduced to analysis the effect of different parameters on the sulfate corrosion life under fatigue load. Based on the analysis of the law, a practical formula for the sulfate corro- sion life of cement concrete under fatigue load is established by a large number of uniform design calcula-tions.
